Our Financials

As a recipient-focused nonprofit organization, we are proud to direct 86% of our revenue back into our programs. We rely on support from individuals, businesses, churches, community organizations, grants, and fundraising events to continue delivering meals at no charge to our recipients. Please see our most recent IRS Form 990 for further details.

We are seeing a sharp increase in chronic health conditions in the population that we serve. Diet quality and quantity play major roles in preventing and managing chronic diseases associated with aging. We have embraced the concept “food is medicine” and are making major nutritional improvements to the meals we serve to enhance the health and overall quality of life for those we serve. In addition, over the next 15 years, the senior population of South Carolina is projected to double. We as an organization must ensure we have the capacity in place to meet this growing demand for services.
